This Privacy Policy explains how ZOUTCH DIGITAL PTE. LTD. ("Zoutch Digital", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile games, apps and website (together, the "Services"). We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA) and applicable data protection laws.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide: such as your email address and message content when you contact us for support.
• Device and usage information: such as device model, operating system version, language, app version, crash reports and in-game activity, used to operate and improve the Services.
• Advertising identifiers: if an app shows ads, our advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit this in your device settings.
• Purchase information: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve our games and apps
• To fix bugs, analyse performance and prevent fraud or abuse
• To respond to support requests
• To show advertising, where applicable
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-party services

Our Services may use third-party services that collect information under their own privacy policies, for example Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Google AdMob. Each app's store listing describes the specific data it collects in the Data safety section.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

5. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

6. Children

Our Services are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us at the email below. You can also uninstall our apps to stop all further collection by them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
